Femke Bol (Dutch: [ˈfɛmkə bɔl]; born 23 February 2000) is a Dutch track and field athlete who specialises in the 400 metres hurdles and 400 metres.
Bol is the world record holder in the 400 metres indoor with a time of 49.26 seconds, the European record holder in the 400 metres hurdles with a time of 51.45 seconds making her the second-fastest women of all time in the event, and the holder of five Dutch records in individual events and relays. She also has world best performances in the 300 metres hurdles and 500 metres indoor.
She was a bronze medalist at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, and she is a four-time silver medalist at the world championships (outdoor and indoor), a seven-time gold medalist at the European championships (outdoor and indoor), and seven-time medalist (three gold) at the Dutch championships (outdoor and indoor). She also is a two-time champion in the Diamond League.
